Vintage cabochon ruby and diamond marquise shaped ring

A vintage 18 carat gold and silver marquise shaped ring set with a cabochon ruby and 14 brilliant cut diamonds. 

The ruby measures 6 mm by 5 mm and is around a .60 carat stone. The diamonds are .27 carat in total, VS to SI1 in quality and H in color. The marquise setting measures 21 mm by 12 mm. 

The ring size is 17.00 mm, the size can be modified if necessary.

The two open work oval sections next two the ruby and the milgrain beading work around the diamond settings add to the charm of this attractive vintage piece. The ring is in good overall condition.
