Vintage 18 carat sapphire and diamond flower ring

A vintage 18 carat yellow and white gold ring with a sapphire and four single cut diamonds in a flower head setting. The ring is hallmarked for London and the year 1969.

The sapphire is a .15 carat stone, the diamonds are .04 carat in total, SI1 to Pique 1 in quality and H in color. The setting has a diameter of 9 mm. 

The ring size is 17.50 mm, the size can be modified if necessary. 

This cute vintage ring is in good overall condition.
